VendraOS is a business management tool that helps sellers manage customers, products, orders, invoices, payments, expenses, and WhatsApp communication. By using VendraOS, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1.1 Information You Provide to Us
When you create an account and use VendraOS, we collect:
- Account information: Name, email address, password (encrypted), WhatsApp number
- Business information: Business/shop name, business address, business email, , logo
- Customer data you enter: Names, phone numbers, WhatsApp numbers, email addresses, and addresses of your own customers, which you input to manage your business
- Business records: Product details, order information, invoices, payment records, and expense entries you create within the dashboard
- Payment information: If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment details are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details on our own servers.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, login times, and general activity within the dashboard
- Device and browser information: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system
- Cookies and local storage: Used to keep you logged in, remember your preferences (like dark/light mode), and show relevant prompts (such as a reminder to sign up)
1.3 Information from Third-Party Sign-In
If you sign in using Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google, as permitted by your Google account settings.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and manage your VendraOS account
- Provide the core features of the dashboard (customer management, orders, invoices, payments, WhatsApp sharing, reports)
- Process subscription payments and send billing-related communication
- Send transactional emails (e.g., login alerts, invoice copies, trial/renewal reminders)
- Improve and maintain the Service, including troubleshooting and security
- Respond to your support requests
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information or your customers’ information to third parties.
3. How We Share Information
We share information only in the following situations:
